A book in their 'Inside' series, this new 39 page hardback book from MMP provides detailed colour graphics illustrating the instrument panels, along with each of the individual instruments for six famous RAF fighters of WW2.  The six are the Hawker Hurricane Mk !, the Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vc, de Havilland Mosquito VI, Boulton Paul Defiant, North American Mustang P-51B Mustang III and the Bristol Beaufighter VI.

Each one has a large size colour graphic illustrating the particular panel for each aircraft type, along with detail images of each individual instrument fascia.  Each section/aircraft type has some background notes on the service history of the aircraft and a photo of the real panel from the pilots' manual or of a preserved museum example, or in some bases, both.  Gauges such as airspeed and turn and bank indicators, oil pressure, RPM, fuel contents gauge, instrument switches, undercarriage position indicators and main compass among others.

Super detailed individual graphics and all of which I think will be of interest to modellers in all scales, including the large scale radio control flying models or anyone considering building a full scale replica  or restoration project.  A beautifully presented reference.
