...a new resin kit coming from Hobby Fan (AFV Club)

On show at the Shizuoka Hobby Show 2017 was a new resin kit to be released by Hobby Fan, the range of resin models and accessories from the AFV Club product range.  It is good to see a model of Tracked Rapier being done, though I suspect that some will be disappointed they haven't chosen to do this as a plastic kit.  Going purely from the two photos from AFV Club, it look well detailed, including inside the cab.  I don't have any release date yet but judging it be other models in the Hobby Fan series, the quality of the castings and the level of detail is set to be excellent.

As of August still no news of a release date, but I have seen a listing for it here in the UK to be due with the importer at an RRP of £295.00 (!)  I have to be honest and wonder just how many will get sold at that price, however good it may be.  If only they could have gone for it in plastic.
